 | A River From Eden became four heads of rivers
As a prophetic passage of scripture, Genesis 2:10-14 is an intricate part of Genesis 2:4-25, of the original muted, Old Testament Hebrew Scriptures. This is a fresh exegesis and interpretation of this passage of scripture. It helps us to clearly identify the four generations of the estate of Adam, as well as separate and distinct generations from one another, within the estate of Adam, past, present, and into the future.
This perspective allows us to see Genesis 2:4-25, as the Hebrew prophecy of the descendants of the original Adam, upon the second, third, fourth and fifth appearances of the Earth.
And even though the estate of Adam is a homogeneous family, we can also identify “two divergent streams of humanity as bloodlines, leaders, governments, and religions,” within the intent and context of Genesis 2:10-14.
The divergent streams of humanity as bloodlines, leaders, governments, religions and their tributaries are displayed as “rivers:”
- (1) The primary stream of humanity, religion, and leadership moves toward conforming to, the word, will and ways of God, as the bloodline of the Messiah: from Adam to Noah, to Shem, to Abraham, and finally to Jesus Christ.
- (2) The contrary stream of humanity, religion and leadership is being led away from the praise and worship of God, into the direction of the false prophet and the tutelage of the Satan, the fallen master teacher.
The contrary stream of humanity began with Cush, the false prophet of Genesis 2:13, the one leading all the earth.
