The Rhythm and Rhyme of Leadership

The experiences Marvin Dehne has had as an executive in health care and ultimately as the executive of a large healthcare system only reinforced in him the importance of feelings, as well as facts.

With training in psychology and graduate degree in healthcare management, he has come to believe there is a rhythm to life, to leadership and to an organization. With poetry, he delivers not only these ideas clearly, but paints mental pictures as well.

His journey into leadership seemed as much about the connection and feeling for people, as the technical grasp of the facts, figures, management principles and science.

For him, poetry is a natural way to explore not only characteristics of leadership, but to test them against the reader's emotions and soul.
